Howell Station is located northwest of downtown Atlanta, Fulton County in what is quickly becoming one of Atlanta’s hippest areas: The West Side. The surrounding area is industrial and an historically blue-collar neighborhood, but lovely Knight Park is directly across the street. The types of residential buildings located within the Howell Station neighborhood include Shotgun, Georgian cottage, Bungalow, Queen Anne cottage and Hall-Parlor. Most of the homes were built pre-Depression or post-WWII, however there is a significant amount of new construction “in-fill” as well.
