Home Park is located immediately north of the Georgia Institute of Technology campus and south of Atlantic Station along the west side of I-75. In it’s early days, the community offered housing for many of the Atlantic Steel Mill workers, but today has a large population of Georgia Tech student and faculty renters. Since the development of Atlantic Station, property values have risen and there are still wonderful opportunities for investing here.
