Hills Park is a community of newer construction on Atlanta’s rapidly developing West Side consisting of 1930’s styled bungalows with nice yards and lush, established landscaping and lots of newer “infill” construction. Offering an easy commute into Downtown Atlanta and also convenient to Buckhead, Midtown and the Smyrna-Vinings area, this is a desirable place to call home and still very affordable compared to other intown neighborhoods. Despite the down economy, there has been significant turnover in this area over the past year.
