Atlantic Station is a 138-acre mixed-use development on what was once an old steel mill in Midtown Atlanta, just west of the I-75-I-85 split. Atlantic Station is a national example of the success of the live-work-play model. It offers a nice mix of architectural styles including, Single Family homes, Townhomes, 2-story Lofts and High-Rise Condominiums. Atlantic Station is also home to top retail spaces including Target, Publix, Ikea, Regal Stadium movie theatre and a multitude of clothiers and restaurants. The Atlantic station community has several office towers and acres of greenspace. Due to the newly opened pedestrian bridge and convenient shuttles to nearby Marta, Atlantic Station is one of Atlanta’s easiest neighborhoods to live in without a car. It is also convenient to Georgia Tech, Midtown, Buckhead and Downtown Atlanta.
