Here’s another one from Epic Development and it’s going to be snazzy. I walked down Esten Street in Reynoldstown on this gorgeous afternoon and took a look at what was going on; what used to be a home with blue front steps…now it’s just the steps. The modern duplex strikes again and I expect these to get scooped up quickly if they truly enter the market sub $400k. 65 Esten Street continues to mark a trend intown that Buyers like contemporary homes; the price can dip a little bit too from a modern single family when it is in the form of something semi-attached as they call it. You give up a little privacy and space but you save some dough and hopefully get to know your super cool  neighbors.

The proximity to the Eastside Trail as well as new shopping and dining will attract Buyers looking to take the scooter on errands and leave the car in the garage. This location is smack dab in the middle of all the intown growth that folks are buzzing about, and it’s  an amazing time to buy with rates under 4%.

Please let me know if you are interested in a modern home in the middle of a growing neighborhood; below you can check out my images of what 65 Esten looked like today.
